摘要:
本文用食管心房调搏法诱发房室折返性心动过速(AVRT)76例次，对比观察了ATP 10、20、30 mg和5、10 s给药速度终止AVRT的疗效和终止特点。结果表明：①ATP终止AVRT的疗效与剂量有关，10 mg有效率为57.14％，20 mg和30 mg均达100％；对窦房结和房室结的抑制作用亦随剂量增加而加大。②ATP静注速度5 s与10 s疗效无显著差异。ATP终止AVRT前均出现RR和P-R间期逐渐延长，至P后QRS脱漏终止心动过速。
Abstract:
The effects of ATP on termination of atrio-ventricular reentrant tachycardia(AVRT)in 76 cases induced by esophagea1 pacing were observed．10．20 and 30 mg ATP were intravenously administered within 5 and 10 s．respectively．The resu1ts showed that．①the effects of ATP on termination of AVRT were dose-dependent．The effective rate was 57.14％ when 10 mg ATP was．given and 100％at the dose of 20 and 30 mg.②No significant difference was found when in travonous injection was within 5 s and 10 s．③It was shown that P-R and RR intervals were prolonged until the R wave disappeared，which indicated the temination of AVRT．
