- 本文通过32例正常人7种显示P波较清晰的无创性导联方法，对比分析P波的大小，试图评价它们的应用价值。其中胸肢、头胸、ABC-A导联P波显示较好，Ⅱ和S5导联居中，心房和改良CLl导联较差。胸肢与头胸导联等价，可以替代，而胸肢与ABC-A导联不等价，可以互补(△=30 μV)。
- Abstract:
- This article aimed appraising 7 nontraumatic leads which can better manifest P waves by analysing the size of P waves in 32 normal subjects.The difference ofthe leadswas highly significant(P1E-10)The P waves were botter shown in CL(chest-limb)lead,HC(head chest)lead andABC-A lead,in which the difference was insignfficnt(P>0.05)than in Ⅱlead and S5 lead.The CL lead and HC lead were of equal value.So they can be replaced each other．But the CL lead and ABC-A lead were of unequal value(△=30 μV).So they can make up each othor．The A lead and MCL. lead Were pocrly manifested The CL lead can manifest the P wave better，the wave form is steady，the installation is simple,and it is easily operated and popularlzed.
