摘要:
利用血液动力学和多谱勒超声心动图两种方法测定了对照组、冠心病侧支组和冠心病无侧支组的左心功能。冠心病侧支组的LVEF高于无侧支组，低于对照组；LVEDP低于无侧支组。反映左室舒张功能的A／E比值无侧支组最高，但侧支组也明显高于对照组。结果提示冠状动脉侧支循环对左心功能有保护作用，但其作用有限。
Abstract:
Left ventricular functiions were measured by hemodynamics and Doppler ultrasoundgraphy in the control group，coronary collateral group and non-coronary collateral group．The LVEF was higher in the coronary collateral group than in the non-coronary group，but lower than in the control group．The LVEDP of the coronary collateral group was lower than that of the non-coronary collateral group．The A／E ratio，one of left ventricular diastolic functions，was higher in the non-coronary, collateral group when compared with that of the coronary collateral group However it was also higher in the coronary collateral group than in controls．The results showed that coronary collateral circulation has a protective，though limited，effect on the 1eft ventricular function．
