本研究通过对119名心脏病患者同步检查体表心电图及二维超声心动图，探讨P波时间及Ptfv1估测左房内径的价值及两者诊断左房扩大的敏感性与特异性。结果表明：P波时间≥110 ms诊断左房扩大的敏感性为56.96％，特异性为59.26％．Ptfv1≥一30 ms·mm诊断左房扩大的敏感性为69.23％，特异性为81.48％。随着左房内径的增大，P波时间逐渐延长，Ptfv1逐渐增大。经分析表明采用P波时间诊断左房扩大不如Ptfv1可靠，Ptfv1不仅可以诊断左房扩大，而且可以半定量估测左房扩大的程度。
Abstract:
In order to study the value of P wave duration(PWD)and P wave in lead V1(Pt-fv1)in estimation of left atrial(LA)size and reexamine the sensitivity and specificity of PWD and Ptfv1 for diagnosis of LA enlargement．We examined the two-dimensional echocardiogram and electrocardiogram 119 pauents wlth heart disease.The results showed that the sensitivity and specificity of PWD≥110 ms were 56.90％and 59.26％，whereas those of the Ptfv1≥-30 ms·mm were 69.23％and 81.48％，respectively．The PWD progressively lengthened and the magnitude of Ptfv1 gradually increased as LA size increased．This study indicates that the PWD used for diagnosis of LA enlargement is less effective than the Ptfv1．The Ptfv1 can be used not only for identification of LA enlargement，but also for estimation of the degree of LA enlargement．
