摘要:

作者采用BAIRD-77系统多晶体Y相机作首次通过法核素心血管造影．对18例正常人和4O例确诊冠心病伴无症状心肌缺血患者进行检测。结果表明：①静息左室射血分数(LVEF)小于50％同时伴有室壁运动(WM)异常者为诊断标准．阳性率在心绞痛伴静息性心肌缺血(SMI)组为60.8％．急性及陈旧性心梗(AMT及OMI)后分别为83.3％及60.O％。②对23例心绞痛伴SMI与12例AMT后SMl各项左心室功能参数与正常对照组比较．均提示有不同程度的损害。③局部室壁运动障碍在AMI后SMl达83％．OMl后SMI达80％。心绞痛伴SMT达60.8％。④LVEF<30％同时伴有WM或局部射血分数图像阳性表现．肺血通过时间延长者．在心肌梗塞患者中．提示可能有右室梗塞。

Abstract:

The BAIRD-77 system was used in initial passage nuclide cardiovascular radiography for examination of 18 normal volunteers and 40 cotonary heart disease patients with asymptomatic myocardial ischemia．It was shown that the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)<50％，accompanied by abnormal wall movements(WM)．The positive rate was 60.8％in angina pectoris group with silence myocaridial ischemia(SMI)，and 83.3％，60％in SMI after acute and old myocardial infarction(AMI and OMI)，respectively．The comparison of 23 angina pectoris patients with SMI and 12 acute myocardial infarction patients with SMl with control group in left、ventricular function parameters indicates the presence of damage in cardiac function．The local ventricular motion disturbance reached 83％ in SMI after acute myocardial infarction，80％in postmyocardial infarction，and 60.8％in angina pcctoris．In myocardial infarction patients LVEF<3O％，accompanied by positive WM or regional ejection fraction image，prolonged pulmonary mean transmitting time suggests the possible existence of right ventricular infarction.
