本研究用彩色多普勒心超声技术，选择了1278例临床上无任何主动脉瓣病变体征的受检者为检查对象。年龄17～88岁，观察主动脉根部径及年龄对主动脉瓣返流的影响。结果显示：主动脉根部径与主动脉瓣返流发生率呈直线上升趋势。主动脉根部径小于2.O cm者，无主动脉瓣返流；主动脉根部径≥3.9 cm者，主动脉瓣返流发生率为1OO％。年龄17～19岁主动脉瓣返流发生率仅为4％；年龄大于50岁主动脉瓣返流发生率呈直线上升趋势(P
Abstract:
1278 subjects aged from 17 to 88 years，who had no clinical evidence of aortic valvular diseases，were selected for observation of the relation between the aortic regurgitation and aortic root size and age by colour Doppler echocardiography．ne results are as follows：①As the aortic root size<2.0 cm，the prevalence of aortic regurgitation is zero，as the aortic root size is≥3.9 cm，the prevalence of aortic regurgitation is 100％．②As the aortic root size is enlarged， the prevalence of aortic regurgitation will increase linearly．For example，if the age is 17～19 years，the prevalence of aortic regurgitation is only 4 0A，if the age is over 5 0，the prevalence of aortic regurgitation will increase gradually．③The severity of aortic regurgitation is closely’related to aortic root size(P<0.001)and it does not change with age．Aortic root size would be widened with advancing age．
