摘要:
近年来国内外研究发现, 充血性心力衰竭(CHF)患者体内存在着甲状腺激素代谢异常,表现为T3水平降低,T4水平降低或正常,rT3水平升高以及TSH水平正常。其严重程度与心衰的严重程度密切相关,其病理过程主要包括甲状腺激素对心脏和血管的效应以及调节对儿茶酚胺的反应性两个方面, 其代谢异常可以导致CHF患者的心脏和血管功能进一步异常。初步研究表明, 在常规心衰治疗基础上给予短疗程小剂量甲状腺激素治疗将利于纠正顽固性心衰,缩短疗程。其机制可能与纠正了CHF患者体内的低甲状腺激素水平状态, 使得甲状腺激素正常生理功能得以发挥有关。
