摘要:
肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)在充血性心衰及恶液质患者血清(浆)中浓度升高，且TNF是一种具有负性肌力作用 的前炎性介质，TNF-α的生物活性作用是通过结合在细胞膜表面受体TNFR(分两型TNFRⅠ和TNFRⅡ)而起作用。研究发现，除了细胞膜上存在TNF受体外，血清中也存在TNF受体，称为可溶性受体，分两型 STNFRⅠ，STNFRⅡ。STNFRⅠ及STNFRⅡ系由TNFRⅠ和TNFRⅡ经蛋白酶剪接后进入血中而产生的。而血浆中可溶性肿瘤坏死因子受体(STNFR)可拮抗TNF的生物活性，是TNF作用的主要调节物质，同时STNFRI升高幅度可反映心功能损害的严重程度，另一方面，也是判断心衰预后的一个独立而可靠的因素。
