摘要:
肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)在充血性心力衰竭的发生发展中起着重要的作用。TNF是一种具有负性肌力作用的促炎因子。TNF的生物学作用与充血性心衰的许多临床特征如左室功能不全、心肌肥厚、肺水肿等密切相关。TNF参与介导了充血性心力衰竭时心肌收缩功能障碍、血管舒缩功能的紊乱、心源恶液质、运动耐力下降等病理过程的发展。近来研究发现，一些制剂(药物)如 抗TNF抗体、腺苷、乙胺碘呋酮，Vesnarinone等可拮抗TNF的作用和/或抑制TNF的产生，从而对改善心功能和防止心衰恶化起重要作用。这些药物的应用可能改变心衰治疗格局，其前景已经受到重视。
