摘要:
目的 观察高氧液对家兔心肌缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用.方法 结扎免冠状动脉左室支中段,40rain后解除结扎行再灌注,制成心肌急性缺血再灌注模型。于缺血前10 min、再灌注前10 min,分别静滴平衡盐液、高氯平衡盐液,观察在急性缺血及再灌注状态下心电图、血浆肌酸磷酸激酶(CK)、丙二醛(MDA)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的变化。结果 高氧平衡盐液能使抬高的心电图S-T段明显下降,缺血再灌注心肌CK活性明显降低;并能保护SOD的活性,降低脂质过氧化反应代谢产物MDA的含量。结论 高氧平衡盐液对家兔在体心肌缺血再灌注损伤具有明显的保护作用。
Abstract:
AIM To investigate the protective effect of hyperoxia on myocardial ischemia reperfusion.METHODS Rabbit s ischernia reperfusion model was carried out by ligation of left anterior coronary descending and removing the ligation after 40 min.Balanced salt solution (BSS)(group I)and hyperoxia liquid (group I)were given,perfusion 10 min before ischemia of myocardium.perfusion 10 min before reperfusion,respectively.The changes of electrocardiogram ,activity of CK and amount of MDA and SOD in plasma were observed following acute ischemia and reperfusion. RESULTS In group I,the elevated of S—T segment in electrocardiogram which was caused by myocardial ischemia was attenuated,and activity of CK in myocardial ischemia reperfusion was lower than that of the other group-The amount of SOD was significantly higher in group 1 than in group I,while the amount of MDA in group 1 was lower significantly.CONCLUSION The hyperoxia liquid has obviously protective’effects on myocardial ischemia reperfusion.
