摘要:

目的 观察尿激酶在治疗不稳定型心绞痛(UAP)中的疗效和安全性。方法 对389例不同类型UAP患者在一般内科治疗无效时应用尿激酶(UK)治疗，观察疗效．结果 389例患者总的心绞痛缓解率可选63.5%,尤其初发性心绞痛可选88．1%。急性冠状动脉事件发生率低。结论 在积扳抗血小板、抗凝治疗下，对不稳定型心绞痛溶检是安生有效的。并不增加患者死亡率。

Abstract:

AIM To observe the clinical efficacy and safety using Urokinase(UK)in unstable angina pectoris(UAP)．METHODS 389 patients in January 1986 to December 1998，were treated by intravenous UK．RESULTS Total ratio of improvement of angina pectoris in 389 patients are 63．5 %．Ratio of improvement of initial onset angina pectoris is 88．1% .No more acute coronary events happened．CONCLUSION It is effective and safety for thrombolytic therapy with Urokina se in unstable angina pectoris.
