摘要:
由于肌酸激酶(CKMB)，乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)以及肌红蛋白均无心脏特异性，而心肌肌钙蛋白I和T(eTnI，eTnT)因其心肌特异性强而逐渐受到临床重视．众多的心肌标志物常常令临床医生困惑．本文在比较心肌标志物各自优缺点的基础上．着重对当前临床心肌标志物的选用提出了建议。
