摘要:
目的 评价低分子肝素(LMWH)治疗不稳定型心绞痛(UAP)的临床疗效。方法 UAP患者132例随机分为常规治疗组(对照组)和常规治疗加LMWH组(治疗组),疗程均为1周。结果 1周后总有效率:治疗组为95%,对照组为70%(P<0.05)。治疗组全血粘度、血浆粘度、全血还原粘度及血小板聚集率均显著降低(P<0.01),血总胆固醇,甘油三酯下降明显(P<0.05)。观察半年,治疗组心血管事件发生率明显低于对照组(6%对20%,P<0.05)。结论 在常规治疗基础上加用LMWH,能更有效地控制心绞痛发作,减少心血管事件发生率。
Abstract:
AIM To evaluate clinical effect of low molecular weight hepairn (LMWH) on patients with unstable angina pectoris (UAP).MOTHODS 132 cases of UAP were randomly divided into the control group (of normal treatment ) and the treating group (normal treatment combined with LMWH). The therapeutic course was one week.RESULTS The effective rate was 95% in treating group and 70% in the control group after one week (P<0.05). Total blood viscosity, plasma viscosity,total blood reductive viscosity and platelet aggregation rate in the treating group were significantly decreased (P<0.01). Serum total cholesterol and triglyceride in the treating group were significantly lowered (P<0.05). The incidences of cardiac event were significantly lower in the treating group than in the control group (6%vs20%,P<0.05).CONCLUSION LMWH combined with normal treatment can control angina pectoris effectively and decrease in cidence of cardiac event.
