摘要:
用M 型彩色多普勒(CMD) 测量的左室舒张早期血流传播参数与IVRT 和- dp/dtmax有明显的相关性, 与脉冲多普勒E/A 比率相比, CMD 没有假性正常。研究表明: CMD 能准确反映左室舒张功能的变化, 是一种无创评价左室舒张功能的新方法。
