摘要:
目的 观察血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy) 与冠状动脉粥样硬化(CAS) 程度的关系, 探讨其血清浓度在预测冠心病中的意义。方法 对168 名行冠状动脉造影(CAG) 患者按狭窄程度分为A ,B, C,D 组, 另设正常对照组54 名, 取清晨空腹静脉血测定血清Hcy 水平, 比较各组间的差异。结果 CAS 各组Hcy 均显著高于正常对照组(均P< 0.01) ,且随着CAS 狭窄程度的加重, Hcy 水平升高(趋势检验P<0.01)。结论 Hcy 水平与CAS 狭窄程度密切相关, 在预测冠心病的发作中, 是一敏感而可靠指标。
Abstract:
AIM To investigate the relationship between homocysteine(Hcy) and the coronary artery atherosclerosis (CAS) and the significence of Hcy levels in predicting CAS.METHODS 168 patients were divided into A,B,C,D groups and a control group according to coronary angiography, Hcy was detected in morning and compared the differences in A,B,C,D groups. RESULTS When CAS became severer,serum Hcy was higher. Significant differences had been in the four groups (P<0.01).CONCLUSION The degree of CAS was highly correlated with Hcy concentration. Hcy is sensitive and reliable indexes for evaluating and predicting CAS.
