摘要:
经皮腔内冠脉成形术已成为治疗冠心病的重要手段之一,但其术后再狭窄的发生率高达30%~50%,已成为影响远期效果的主要因素。本文从再狭窄的定义,诊断标准,影响因素和发生机制等方面做一综述。
