摘要:
目的 探讨东菱克栓酶防治经皮腔内冠状动脉成形术(PTCA)支架术后心绞痛的临床疗效。方法 32例PTCA及支架术后心绞痛患者在常规治疗基础上,分别于第1,3,5天加用东菱克栓酶15,10,10 BU,检测其疗效及实验室指标。结果 心绞痛的治疗有效率为94%,心电图改善率为71%,硝酸甘油用量减少50%以上者占94%。治疗后纤维蛋白原、血细胞比容显著降低(P<0.01),而血小板计数、凝血酶原时间、活化的部分凝血活酶时间均无显著变化(P>0.05)。结论 东菱克栓酶对PTCA支架术后的心绞痛具有显著的治疗作用,出血、变态反应等不良反应少见。
Abstract:
AIM To investigate the preventive and curing effect of batroxobin on the angina pectoris after PTCA and stent placement. METHODS 32 patients, who underwent PTCA and stent placement and still suffered from angina, were treated with batroxobin by 15 , 10 and 10 BU on the first, third and fifth day respectively, besides routine therapies. The clinical effects and experimental indexes were observed. RESULTS The effective percentage of angina alleviation was 94%, the percentage of electrocardiogram improvement was 71% and the percentage of reduction of using nitroglycerin by more than 50% was 94%. FIB and HCT after the treatment decreased significantly (P<0.01), while PLT, PT and APTT did not change remarkably (P>0.05).CONCLUSION Batroxobin could remarkably prevent and cure the angina after PTCA and stent placement. At the same time, there were no more hemorrhages and allergies.
