摘要:
目的:观察粘合剂对激光血管吻合的耐压强度与抗拉强度等力学特性的影响。方法:家兔32只,右侧颈动脉 环形激光血管吻合后加以聚氰基丙烯酸正丁脂复合材料粘合剂,左侧颈动脉用环形激光吻合血管缝合法作为对 照。术后1,3,7,14d,分别测试血管吻合口耐压强度与抗拉强度变化。结果:激光加粘合剂吻合方法的耐压强度与 抗拉强度在7d前显著高于激光吻合组,而14d时无显著性差异。结论:激光加以粘合剂吻合血管能明显提高血管 吻合的初始耐压强度和抗拉强度等力学特性。
Abstract:
AIM:To observe the effect of binding on the mechanical characteristics of bursting pressure and tensile strength after laser vascular anastomosis with binding.METHODS:32 rabbits'right arteries were anastomosed by laser with binding and,the left arteries were welded by laser as the control.1d,3d,7d,and14d,after the operation,the differences in vascular bursting pressure and tensile strength between laser with binding and laser welding were observed.RESULTS:The vascular bursting pressure and tensile strength of laser anastomosis with binding were much higher than those of laser welding within the 7 days after the operation.CONCLUSION:The laser vascular anastomosis with binding can significantly enhancethe mechanical characteristics of bursting pressure and tensile strength after laser vascular anastomosis
