摘要:

心脏纤维化过程中,心肌成纤维细胞扮演着重要角色。血管紧张素Ⅱ可增加心肌成纤维细胞合成,分泌整 合素、骨桥素等粘附分子,从而诱导细胞外基质蛋白合成,促进间质纤维化。
