摘要:
B型利钠利尿肽(BNP)是主要由心室分泌的含32个氨基酸的肽,具有利钠、利尿、扩张血管等作用。本文评 价了近年来在BNP研究中的一些新进展。国外已广泛开展床旁检测,用于评估心脏功能状况、危险分层、指导治疗 等,并认为还没有哪项血液生化检查象BNP这样强有力地指明诊断方向,在各种原因导致的心力衰竭和冠心病 (尤其是急性冠脉综合征)中有临床价值,而且将越来越受到临床医师的重视。
