摘要:
线粒体脂肪酸β氧化对维持心肌能量代谢和泵功能有重要意义。过氧化物酶体增殖剂活化受体α(PPARα)是 核受体超家族的成员之一,也是心肌线粒体脂肪酸利用的一个重要调控子。作为配体活化的转录因子-PPARα正 日益成为调节能量代谢的一个候选靶点。
