摘要:
目的:研究原发性肾病综合征(NS)患者血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-c)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-c)、载脂蛋白apoA1, apoB100含量和apoA1/apoB100及其临床意义。方法:检测50例原发性NS患者与50例健康人(对照组)的血脂及脂蛋白,并进行比较。结果:原发性NS患者血清TC,TG,LDL-c,apoB100较对照组显著升高(P<0.01),而apoA1/apoB100较对照组显著下降(P<0.05)。结论:NS患者存在着明显的脂代谢紊乱。
Abstract:
AIM: To observe the changes of serum total cholestery l(TC), triglyceride (TG), high density lipoprotein (HDL-c), low density lopoprotein (LDL-c), apoprotein A1 (apoA1), apoprotein B100 (apoB100) and apoA1/apoB100 in patients with primary nephrotic syndrome (NS) and to explore their clinical significance. METHODS: Serum lopoprotein and apoprotein of 50 NS patients and 50 healthy cases (as the control) were measured and compared. RESULTS: The serum content of TC, TG, LDL-c, apo100 were significantly high compared with those of the control group (P< 0.01). Where as the apoA1/apoB100 was significantly low (P< 0.05). CONCLUSION: Fat metabolism disorder occurs in NS patients.
