摘要:
脂蛋白a[Lp(a)]是与低密度脂蛋白(LDL)相似的一种脂蛋白。现在认为Lp(a)是心血管疾病的一个独立的危险因子,亦参与了血管内皮损伤、炎症反应、血栓形成、平滑肌细胞增生等一系列动脉粥样硬化病变的相关事件。
