支架植入术目前已成为最常用的经皮冠状动脉介入治疗手术之一。然而,支架内再狭窄亦随之成为介入领域一大难题,近年来对其防治进行了大量研究。如药物治疗、药物涂层支架、血管内放疗及基因疗法等,本文作者就这些相关进展作一简述。
