摘要:
目的: 探讨磷酸肌酸对压力负荷性心力衰竭的治疗机制。方法: 腹主动脉次全结扎SD大鼠55只,分5组给予不同干预8周,观察磷酸肌酸疗效及寻找更好的用药方案。结果: 磷酸肌酸可以减低高血压性心力衰竭大鼠的失代偿性心衰的发生率和死亡率,失代偿性心衰组大鼠心肌细胞内ATP含量明显减低;血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂(ACEI)雷米普利 + 磷酸肌酸比单独使用磷酸肌酸更好地改善高血压性心功能障碍(代偿性)大鼠的血流动力学,可能与血压的下降及心肌胶原沉积的改善有关,磷酸肌酸及雷米普利治疗对代偿性高血压性心力衰竭大鼠心肌细胞内 ATP含量影响不明显。结论: 对于失代偿性高血压性心力衰竭,磷酸肌酸可以减低其发生率和死亡率。对于代偿性高血压心力衰竭 ACEI + 磷酸肌酸方案效果更佳。
Abstract:
AIM: To observe the therapeutic mechanism of phosphocareatine on hypertensive heart failure. METHODS: 55 SD rats (150~200 g) were divided into 5 groups including pseudo-operation group controlling group, CP group, ACEI group and ACEI+CP group after partial abdominal artery ligation at upper the renal arteries After 2 months' therapy, the mortality and mobidity of uncompensated heart failure hemodynamics, the mass index of hearts and lungs the myocardial interstitial collagen deposition and the myocardial content of ATP were observed in order to verify the effect of phosphocreating. RESULTS: The mortality and mobidity of uncompensated heart failure of hypertension, containing even less ATP, can be reduced by phosphocreatine, However, in compensated heart failure, much more advances of hemodynamics can be induced by phosphocreating + ACEI, which make no influence in the content of ATP but myocardial collagen deposition. CONCLUSON: Phosphocreatine will be benefit to uncompensated heart failure for devreaseits mortality and mobidity, but phosphocreatine + ACEI may be much better for improve the hemodynamics.
