摘要:
目的:了解老年急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者有和无Ⅱ型糖尿病时,其临床及冠状动脉病变的异同。方法:对27例老年AMI并发Ⅱ型糖尿病(A组)患者和34例AMI无糖尿病的患者(B组)行冠状动脉和左室造影,分别记录临床情况和造影结果。结果:A组甘油三脂为2.0±0.5mmol/L,B组为1.5±0.4mmol/L;A组并发心衰及高血压病例数多于B组,冠状动脉积分、冠状动脉狭窄部位数和室壁运动积分A组均高于B组;A、B两组LVEF值分别为47%±19%和56%±13%(P<0.05)。结论:老年AMI并发Ⅱ型糖尿病患者临床和冠状动脉病变情况均重于老年AMI无糖尿病的患者。
Abstract:
AIM:To investigate the differents of the coronary angiography (CAG) results and the clinical features between the acute myocardial infarction (AMI) withⅡ type diabetes and the AMI withoutⅡ type diabetesin elderly patients. METHODS: CAG were undergone in 27 elderly AMI withⅡ type diabetes patients (group A) and 34 elderly AMI without Ⅱ type diabetes patients (group B).Make are cord of the CAG results and the clinical features. RESULTS: The triglyceride in group A was 2.0±0.5 mmol/L, group B was 1.5±0.4 mmol/L, the cases of heart failure and hypertension were higher in group A thanin group B. The score of coronary arterial stenosis, the numbers of coronary arterial stenosis, and the score of left ventricular motion were higher in group A than in group B. Left ventricular ejection fraction was remarkably decreased in group A. CONCLUSION: The coronary arterial stenosis and the clinical features were worse in the group A than in the group B.
