摘要:
目的:高血压病患者危险性分层是估计预后的重要因家，近年研究证明脉压是心脑血管疾病的重要危险因子，本研究探讨二者的关系.方法:住院的高血压患者100(男70、女30)例，年龄19-91(66±14)岁，进行高血压危险性分层及其与脉压和心率关系的观察。结果:各危险性分层组脉压和心率具有显著性差异(P<0.01 ).结论:随着高血压病患者危险性分层的增加，脉压和心率也增加。
Abstract:
AIM:To research into the relationship between the risk stratification and pulse pressure. METHODS:We have researched into the relationship between the risk stratification and pulse pressure and heart rate in one hundred hypertensive patients. RESULTS:The risk stratification of hypertensive patients was related to pulse pressure and heart rate(P<0.01).CONCLUSION: The risk stratification of hypertensive patients is positively related to pulse pressure and heart rate.
