摘要:
目的:探讨心率变异性分析(HRV)在儿茶阶胺依赖性多形性室速(CPVT)危险分层中的应用价值.方法:分析30例CPVT患者(心脏性葬死5例，.厥史10例，无晕撅史15例)及50例正常人(对照组)的心率变异性.结果:5例碎死患者HRV各项指标均显著低于其他非碎死CPVT患者及对照组，.厥组HRV各项指标均显著低于非.厥CPVT组及对照组，非.厥组HRV各项指标低于对服组但差异不显著。结论二HRV对于CPVT患者发生心脏性碎死具有敬感的预侧价值，可用于CPVT危险分层.
Abstract:
AIM:To investigate whether HRV is valuable in danger grading of cathecholaminergic polymorphic ventricular tachycardia (CPVT). METHODS:HRV indexes of 30 CPVT patients(5 with sudden cardiac death (SCD)，10 with syncope history，15 without syncope) and 50 normal persons were analysed. RESULTS:The HRV indexes of 5 patients with SCD were remarkably less than that of all other patients and normal men,and the indexes of those patients without SCD were less than that of normal persons. CONCLUSION:These results indicate that HRV,which sensitive to SCD of CPVT patients is very valuable in danger grading of CPVT.
