摘要:
尾加压素II (urotensin II ,U II) 是迄今所知的体内最强的缩血管肽,它除了具有收缩/ 舒张血管、心肌变力等生物学效应外,对血管平滑肌细胞、心成纤维细胞、肿瘤细胞等多种细胞具有明显的促细胞增殖效应,该作用主要通过Ca2 + 及Ca2 + 依赖的CaN 通路、PKC 通路、MAPK通路。U II 还能通过PKC-Src 酪氨酸激酶-MAPK途径与中度氧化LDL 、5-羟色胺、溶血卵磷脂等物质发挥协同促细胞增殖作用。U II 的单独和协同促增殖作用很可能对阐明细胞增殖机制有重要补充,尤其是,U II 及其受体在心血管含量丰富,高血压、动脉粥样硬化、心衰等心血管疾病患者血浆U II 含量升高,U II 很可能是这些疾病促心血管细胞增殖的重要因子。
