摘要:
目的 通过特殊途径放置封堵器治疗动脉导管未闭（PDA）。 方法 3例PDA患者，均并发下腔静脉肝下段缺如、奇静脉开放，1例同时并发镜像右位心，经股静脉不能直接到达右心房而采用颈内静脉、锁骨下静脉和降主动脉3种不同的途径封堵PDA。 结果 3例均封堵成功，术后5 min主动脉弓降部造影显示封堵完全，术后1 d、3个月、6个月复查超声心动图无残余分流。 结论 可通过特殊途径经心导管封堵并发下腔静脉肝下段缺如的PDA患者。
Abstract:
AIM The study was to analyze of transcatheter closure of patent ductus arteriosus (PDA) through special approach. METHODS Three patients of PDA were treated which with interrupted inferior vena cava and one with enantiomorphous dextrocardia. The special approaches were through right subclavian vein, right internal jugular vein and the aorta. RESULTS The devices were successfully placed in three patients. Complete angiographic closure was seen 5 minutes after the device deployment. Complete echocardiogracphy closure was demonstrated at 1 day, 3 month and 6 month. CONCLUSION Transcatheter closure of PDA with interrupted inferior vena cava through special approach was feasible.
