摘要:
鱼油富含多聚不饱和脂肪酸类(polyunsaturated fatty acids,PUFAs),其中n-3多不饱和脂肪酸是合成类二十碳烷酸化合物的前体,其在体内的平衡对于稳定细胞膜功能、调控基因表达、维持细胞因子和脂蛋白水平,促进生长发育等方面起着重要作用。已经证明鱼油,特别是稳定性鱼油在减少冠心病(CAD)及心血管事件发生上起着重要的作用,并作为预防和控制CAD的一个重要因素倍受关注。
