摘要:: 左心室的牵张和心室壁张力的增加对脑钠尿肽（brain natriuretic peptide,BNP)的合成和分泌起主要调节作用；同时缺血也是BNP释放的重要刺激因素。通过对BNP水平进行分级能够很好的对急性冠脉综合征（acute coronary syndrome,ACS)患者进行危险分层，对预后的评估有重要的指导意义。
