摘要:: 本文介绍了CD40与CD40L的生物学特性，包括其分布、来源、信号转导机制。综述了CD40CD40L与慢性炎症、免疫调节、血栓形成、斑块不稳定的相关性，提示抗CD40L治疗是未来防治急性冠脉综合征的一个方向。
