摘要:: 血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)能特异性地作用于内皮细胞，促进血管内皮细胞增殖分化和血管生成，且能增强血管通透性，同时在急、慢性心肌缺血，心肌侧支循环的形成，改善心肌血供，缩小梗死面积，减少心肌细胞凋亡，抑制促凋亡蛋白的表达，改善心肌血流动力学方面均发挥重要作用。本文就近年有关VEGF对心脏保护作用及其机制的研究进展作一综述。
