摘要:: 高血压患者的左心室肥厚(LVH)伴随着许多心血管事件增多的危险。有效地抗高血压治疗能够阻止高血压LVH的发展并且能逆转LVH;其中血管紧张素受体阻断剂和血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂最为有效。一些新的药物包括醛固酮阻断剂、血管肽酶抑制剂和内皮素受体阻断剂等特异性药物可能有更好效果。
