摘要:
瘦素(LP)不仅是代谢调节激素,也有研究表明它还可直接调节心脏的活动。本文对LP在心脏的作用进行了综述。LP对心脏的作用可以概括为3个方面:抗心肌调亡、诱导心肌肥大和减弱心肌收缩力。LP对心脏的作用可能在机体的不同状态下而不同,明确具体状态下的LP作用将深入阐明LP对心脏的调节作用。
