摘要:: 中心动脉压（CBP）是指主动脉根部血管所承受的侧压力，中心动脉压较外周动脉压对心血管事件具有更高的预测价值，已逐渐成为评估临床降压治疗效果的重要指标。中心动脉压的测量方法日益改进，无创性测压技术逐渐成熟、安全、准确，已具备了临床大规模应用的条件。
