摘要:
血管紧张素原(AGT)基因的多态性与心血管病的研究很多，但二者的关系复杂且不同的研究所得结果也不一致。本文综述了AGT基因的多态性与肥厚型心肌病、二尖瓣脱垂、心房颤动、高血压病及冠心病关系的研究概况。
