摘要:
内皮脂肪酶（EL）是三酰甘油脂肪酶家族新成员，自1999年被发现以后，其与动脉粥样硬化(AS)和冠心病(CHD)之间关系的研究逐渐深入，EL可能通过多条途径参与AS的发生、发展。本文对EL及其基因多态性近年来在心血管领域的研究成果作一综述。
