目的:通过检测血浆Apelin-12（AP-12）、N末端脑钠尿肽原(NT-proBNP)在舒张性性心力衰竭（DHF）中的水平，探讨其在DHF中的价值。方法： 选择72例DHF患者和30例心功能正常者（对照组），对比观察血浆AP-12、NT-proBNP水平及其与左室舒张功能指标的关系。结果： DHF患者血浆NT-proBNP水平明显高于对照组，并且其水平与心力衰竭的程度相关；而血浆AP-12水平则低于对照组。不同病因间血浆AP-12、NT-proBNP浓度无显著区别。结论： 监测血浆AP-12、NT-proBNP水平对诊断DHF及判断其严重程度有一定的参考价值。
Abstract:
AIM:To investigate the value of plasma apelin-12 (AP-12) and NT-proBNP in diastolic heart failure (DHF) by measuring their levels. METHODS: Seventy-two DHF patients and 30 patients with normal heart function as the control group were included in the study. Levels of plasma AP-12 and NT-proBNP were compared, and their relationship with left ventricular diastolic function was analyzed. RESULTS: The level of plasma NT-proBNP increased significantly in DHF compared with controls, and NT-proBNP showed progressive increases in proportion to cardiac dysfunction degree. Plasma AP-12 levels decreased in DHF compared with those in controls. There was no significant difference among DHF patients with different cardiac diseases. CONCLUSIONS: Plasma AP-12 and NT-proBNP concentrations increased in DHF patients compared with those in controls. Monitoring plasma AP-12 and NT-proBNP levels has some value in diagnosis and assessment of the severity of DHF.
