摘要:: 近年来人们对心力衰竭（HF）发生、发展的病理生理机制的认识不断深入。伴随对这一过程的研究，HF的生物标志物也不断被发现，其在HF的预防、诊断、危险度分层、治疗和预后判定中发挥着重要作用。目前，对经典的HF标志物的新认识和寻找新型标志物，成为人们关注的焦点。本文对HF生物标志物的研究现状及进展加以综述。

Abstract:: Indepth investigation has been conducted in the pathophysiological mechanisms of development and progression of heart failure (HF) and many new HF biomarkers have been discovered, which play a key role in the prevention, diagnosis, risk stratification, therapy and prognostic evaluation of HF. Nowadays, new knowledge of traditional biomarkers and the search for novel biomarkers become the focus of researchers’ attention. This article reviews the latest research and progress of biomarkers in HF.
