摘要:
高血压病损伤靶器官，引起多种心、脑、肾和眼部疾病，最终导致患者致残和致死。原发性开角型青光眼（primary open-angle glaucoma，POAG）是常见致盲疾病，高血压作为POAG发生及发展的独立危险因素逐渐被大家所认识。本文主要从高血压参与POAG的发病机制，以及高血压患者如何降压从而预防POAG发生进行综述。
Abstract:
Hypertension causes target organ damage and a variety of heart, brain, kidney and eye diseases, resulting in patient disability and death. Primary open-angle glaucoma (POAG) is a common blinding disease and it has been gradually recognized that high blood pressure is an independent risk factor for the occurrence and development of POAG. This paper mainly reviews the pathogenesis of hypertension-related POAG and some anti-hypertension strategies for hypertension patients so as to prevent hypertension-related POAG.
