摘要:
目的 探讨黄芪注射液联合美托洛尔治疗慢性心力衰竭（CHF）患者的短期疗效，并分析其对血清脑钠尿肽（BNP）、糖类抗原125（CA125）水平的影响。方法 选取CHF患者124例，随机分为试药组和对照组，两组均为62例。对照组给予美托洛尔液治疗，试药组在对照组的基础上加用黄芪注射液进行治疗。检测两组患者入院后及治疗结束后24 h、48 h和72 h血清BNP、CA125的水平。结果 与治疗前相较，治疗后两组患者血清BNP、CA125水平均显著降低（P<0.05）；治疗后3个检测点，试药组患者的短期疗效显著优于对照组（P<0.05），且其血清BNP、CA125水平均显著低于对照组（P<0.05）；随着时间的改变，治疗后3个检测点，两组患者血清BNP、CA125水平均逐渐降低（P<0.05）。结论 黄芪注射液联合美托洛尔的短期疗效优于美托洛尔的治疗效果，并能够显著降低患者血清BNP和CA125水平。
Abstract:
AIM To explore the short-term efficacy of astragalus injection combined with metoprolol in treatment of heart failure and its effect on serum BNP and CA125 levels. METHODSOne hundred and twenty-four patients with chronic heart failure (CHF) were randomly divided into two equal groups: reagent group and control group. Control group received liquid metoprolol treatment and reagent group was treated with astragalus injection in addition to liquid metoprolol. Serum BNP and CA125 levels in the two groups were detected after admission and 24, 48 and 72 h after treatment. RESULTSCompared with those before treatment, serum BNP and CA125 levels in both groups were significantly lower after treatment (P<0.05). Compared with those in the control group, the short-term curative effect was better (P<0.05) and serum BNP and CA125 levels were significantly lower (P<0.05) in reagent group, 24, 48 and 72 h after treatment. Over time, serum BNP and CA125 levels reduced gradually after treatment in both groups (P<0.05). CONCLUSIONShort-term efficacy of astragalus injection combined with metoprolol is better than metoprolol alone and can significantly reduce serum BNP and CA125 levels in CHF patients.
