- 随着心血管介入治疗和器械研发的进展，经皮左心耳封堵预防卒中越来越受到关注。目前，国际、国内相关指南及专家共识对左心耳封堵术的适应人群、对医院及术者要求等也做了相关的推荐及更新。由于左心耳封堵术在国内尚未全面普及，因此我们在开展左心耳封堵术前有必要对国内外指南进行解读，明确左心耳封堵术的适应证、禁忌证、封堵器的选择以及对医院及术者的资质要求等。
- Abstract:
- With the progress of interventional cardiology, the prevention of stroke by percutaneous left atrial appendage occlusion stroke has attracted more and more attention. Recently, the guidelines and expert consensus at home and abroad concerning percutaneous left atrial appendage closure have been published and updated, which provides us the indications, the institutional and operator requirements for left atrial appendage occlusion. Percutaneous left atrial appendage closure has not been wildly carried out in china， therefore we must have some insight into it about its indications, contraindications, the choice of the closure devices and the institutional and operator requirements for left atrial appendage occlusion.
