- 慢性血栓栓塞性肺动脉高压（chronic thromboembolic pulmonary hypertension,CTEPH）由肺动脉血栓栓塞后不完全再通和血管重构而形成，在未接受治疗情况下中位生存期仅不到3年，预后差且极易漏诊或误诊。本文就CTEPH的最新诊疗进展作以综述。
- Abstract:
- Chronic thromboembolic pulmonary hypertension (CTEPH) results from incomplete recanalization and remodeling of pulmonary artery after pulmonary thromboembolism. CTEPH patients are often misdiagnosed and have a mean life expectancy of <3 years if untreated. This article reviews the latest clinical progress in diagnosis and treatment of CTEPH.
