摘要:

本实验在于说明，正常人和具有冠状动脉左前降支（LAD）狭窄的病人的FCG指标有明显差别。根椐冠脉造影结果分为两组。这些人同时也接受了无创心功能检查（STI和心导纳图）。结果表明：冠心病组和对照组之间有着显著性差别。冠心病（CHD）组的STI指PEP/LVET和FCG指标Px,Py,Rx和Rxy较对照组明显增大，而且导纳（APG）指标SV，CO和HI有下降的趋势。证明FCG在诊断冠心病中有一定意义。

Experiments were designed to indicate that FCG can reflect coronary blood supply.In 8 dogs with left anterior descending(LAD)coronary artery narrowed to a mild degree,Rx,Ry and Fmin were increased,and these changes of FCG indexes appeared earlier than tho
