摘要:
静脉注射米力农治疗24例充血性心衰患者，其中5例经血液动力学监测。用药后，患者的肺动脉楔压，肺循环和体循环阻力降低，心排血指数增加，心衰症状减轻，运动耐量增加，总有效率84.20％，部分患者用药过程中，血压轻度下降，心率略增快。本文提示米力农是治疗充血性心衰的有效药物。
Abstract:
In the present study 24 Patients with congestive heart failure were intravenously administered with milrinone．Hemodynamic changes were monitored in 5 patients before and after milrinone infusion．The results showed that pulmonary wedge pressure and pulmonary vascular resistance ecreased(P<0.01).Systemic vascular resistance also decreased(P<0.05).In a double-blind tria1,19 patients received milrinone and 7 received an identical p1acebo．Symptoms of heart failure in those taking milrinone were alleviated and to1erance of exercise was raised．The total effective rate amounted to 84.2％.It suggested that milrinone may be useful in the treatment of congestive heart failnre.
