摘要:

本文报告原发性高血压伴左室舒张功能不全病人28例，经卡托普利正规治疗3～6个月后，进行超声心动图观察血压降低对左室舒张功能的影响。结果发现，卡托普利可使血压满意下降，但对左室舒张功能影响极小，从而说明血压的高低与左室舒张功能可能无直接关系。

Abstract:

We investigated the effect of reduced blood pressure on left ventricular diastolic function in．28 hypertensive patientswith diastolic dysfunction，using echocardiography 3 to 6 months following Captopril therapy．The resu1ts showed a significant reduction in blood pressure in all patients who underwent Captopril therapy．However，no difference was found in isovolumic relaxation time,atrial filling velocities or E／A ratio．Our findings suggest that there is no direct relationship between blood pressure and left ventricular diastolic function．
