摘要:
本文应用舒张充盈初期(CR间期)这一无创性指标。结合OF间期和总舒张时间(TRT)分析，对66例正常人和64例高血压病人进行观察发现正常高龄（>45岁)组的CR间期明显大于正常低龄（≤5岁)组。高血压高龄（>45岁)组的CR间期显著低于正常高龄组。提示随着年龄增长，左室舒张功能存在减退倾向。高血压高龄组除存在在室主动舒张功能减退这一因素外，尚有左房压的明显增高，认为CR间期结合OF间期和TRT综合分析，是一个判断左室舒张功能和左房压的较好指标。
Abstract:
The diastolic function of the heart in 66 normal subjects and 64 hypertensive patients was studied by means of apexcardiographic protodiastolic filling period duration(CR interval)in combination with OF interval，and the total ralaxation time(TRT)．The CR interval and the CR-OF interval calculated by subtracting the OF interval from CR interval，were significantly longer in the normal subjects over the age of 45 than in the younger normal subjects．(129.7±20.3 ms，P<0.01)．Compared with the normal subccts over the age of 45，the hypertensive patients of the same age had a shorter CR interval and a longer TRT(119.4±18.7 ms vs．129.7±20.3 ms，P<0.05,and 112.5±28.2 ms vs．95.5±18.3 ms.P<0.01,respectively)．The results indicate that in the hypertensive patients over 45 years of age，the left ventricular dlastoilc tunction has a tendency of generatlon accompamed by aging,and there is a slgniticant increase of left atrial pressure，in addition to the degeneration of the left ventricular relaxation．It is concluded that CR interval combined with OF interval and TRT is a useful method to assess 1eft ventricular diastolic function and left atrial filling pressure．
