摘要:: 作者分别给20例健康人与28例心脏病人作经食管左心房阻抗血流图描记．健康人A波为倒置等腰三角形。而二尖瓣狭窄伴左心房内径增大的病例．其A波均增宽，并呈倒置的梯形，谷底常前移，作者称此为“二狭型A波”。本文就其特征作了较详细的描述与介绍，并对其临床意义展开讨论。

Abstract:: In the present study the transesophageal atrial impedance rheogram was applied in 20 healthy people and 28 patients with cardiac disease．A-waves in normal people presented inverted isosceles triangles,while in the patients with mitral stenosis and left atrial dilatation A-vaves were wider inverted trapezoid with the forward troughs，which were called by the author"A-wave of mitral stenosis type"．The detailed description and the clinical significance of trans骼ophageal atrial impedance were given in this paper．
